We can help you figure those things out with simple steps and we can create a personalized set of steps for your computer or device.
We start by getting info about the devices you use or want to use and then we make sure the necessary software or apps are installed. Then we help you use those programs to become efficient and feel comfortable using them.
Once we have an opportunity to run through the steps, we let you practice as we are on the line with you making sure you didn’t miss anything.
As a partner by your side we will make sure that nothing is forgotten and always make you feel comfortable asking questions at any point of our training.
During each session we will block off 30 mins to an hour depending on the tasks we need to go over. We will create a plan and stick to a schedule based on your needs.
Each session will cover what you need to know and also make sure that we have time for review questions.
