Even though we create the schedule for learning, you will be the one dictating what needs to be done and when we work on it. We will sit down with you and discuss where you are falling short when it comes to using computers, mobile devices or even navigating a website.
Once we create a schedule with you, we both come up with the day and time that works best for you to meet. We know that as a truck driver your time is valuable and we want to work around your schedule to maximize our time together.
During our session we will be walking you through steps using the specific device or program you need help with. We will do quick reviews to make sure you are understanding and also help you double check your progress so we don’t move too fast and skip an important step.
The one on one interaction will be great to target areas better and we won’t make you feel rushed to get through steps, we can always redo anything we already went over.
So when we say you are in control, you truly are directing the speed and what we go over. We are here to support you and help you understand the tools you need for your business to run smooth.
Once we have completed our planned time together we can schedule more time if needed or call it good. You are more than welcome to reach out and have us help you with the same training or something new, its up to you.
