So, just as technology is changing the trucking industry has to adapt and find new ways to streamline the work load and you need to be able to stay on top of those tools as well. That is where we come in.
Your plan is created
Our consultants will look at your needs and create a plan comfortable for you to follow. So what ever you need to understand better, we will set up a schedule of days and times to meet over the phone or online and go over your learning needs.
If you need to learn how to use an app or how to use a device we will make sure you understand how to use it or maybe to get paperwork sent to someone or receive attachments, we will go over those details with you and teach you.
You decide on the length
The length of time needed will be discussed during our free consultation period and based on your needs we may only need to meet once for a specific session. our first consultation visit will last 15 mins to discuss your needs.
Our training sessions can will be 30 minutes or 1 hour at a time, all based on your availability and we will make sure that you get all the important training during that time. Remember we are here to help you and our schedule will be based on your plan.
Programs that are available
Our pricing is based on the what we need to go over, we have 30 minute rates, 1 hour rates and if you want us to be on call, we can also have a monthly rate created so you can call us any day of the week during business hours Monday through Fridays. Weekend rates are available, ask about those rates if that works better for you. Maybe you just need a refresher and 30 minutes is all you need, great, let’s do that.
Remember our time together during the training will focus on the specific training needed, we will not divert to other topics. Our goal is to teach you the main topic so you feel like the pro.
